This policy explains how LABONNI LLC («we») collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use MoleSeek. We act as the data controller.

Data We Collect

• Account data: email address and authentication data.
• Profile data you provide: name, business role, email signature.
• Usage data: search queries, generated leads, quota usage.
• OAuth access/refresh tokens for connected email accounts (e.g. Gmail), stored encrypted.
• Payment data is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

How We Use Data

To provide the service, perform lead discovery and scoring, send emails at your request, manage subscriptions, and improve the product.

Third-Party Services

We rely on: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail API and OAuth), Apify (data collection), and Google Gemini and Anthropic (AI query/text generation). Only data necessary for the service is shared.

Google User Data

When you connect Gmail, we request only the scopes needed to send email and verify your account email. This access is used solely for sends you initiate, is never sold, and is handled in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and Security

Data is retained while your account is active. OAuth tokens are encrypted. When you delete your account, associated personal data is removed within a reasonable period.
