This policy explains how LABONNI LLC («we») collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use MoleSeek. We act as the data controller.
Data We Collect
- Account data: email address and authentication data.
- Profile data you provide: name, business role, email signature.
- Usage data: search queries, generated leads, quota usage.
- OAuth access/refresh tokens for connected email accounts (e.g. Gmail), stored encrypted.
- Payment data is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
How We Use Data
To provide the service, perform lead discovery and scoring, send emails at your request, manage subscriptions, and improve the product.
Business Contact Data
To build lead lists, we read publicly available business listings and the public websites of those businesses. From them we collect business contact details: business name, address, phone, email, social profiles, and, when the business publishes it on its own website, the name and title of its owner or founder. We use this data only to provide B2B prospect lists to our users. A person who wants their details removed can write to info@moleseek.com.
Chrome Extension (MoleSeek Companion)
Our Chrome extension only accesses the active tab when you explicitly trigger an action in the side panel ("Analyze Current Page", "Extract Visible", "Auto-Scroll", or "Find Emails + CSV"). It does not run automatically in the background on pages you visit, nor does it track or store your browsing history. It extracts publicly available business information (business name, website, email, phone, social links, and public website signals) at your command, stores panel preferences locally via Chrome storage, and sends leads to your MoleSeek workspace when you choose to save or enrich them.
Third-Party Services
We rely on: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail API and OAuth), Serper and Apify (business listing search), Jina Reader (loading business websites that block automated requests; the website address is sent to it), and Google Gemini and Anthropic (AI query parsing, text generation, and reading owner names from business website text). Only data necessary for the service is shared.
Google User Data
When you connect Gmail, we request only the scopes needed to send email and verify your account email. This access is used solely for sends you initiate, is never sold, and is handled in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and Security
Data is retained while your account is active. OAuth tokens are encrypted. When you delete your account, associated personal data is removed within a reasonable period.
