By using MoleSeek you agree to these terms. The service is provided by LABONNI LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware, USA.

Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it, and for providing accurate information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of third-party platforms (Google, data sources, etc.). Spam, unauthorized scraping, and abuse are prohibited. You are responsible for using collected contact data in line with applicable data-protection laws.

Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically for the period you select. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of lead data or any outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms and suspend accounts that violate them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence, the courts located in the State of Delaware shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
