Refund and Cancellation Policy

MoleSeek provides instant-access, downloadable digital data search (B2B lead finder and email verification) services. Due to the digital nature of these services, all plans and credits purchased are non-refundable by default.
1. 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy (Initial Purchases)
To allow you to test our platform, we offer a 14-day conditional refund policy for new monthly or annual subscription plans.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of the initial invoice date,
- Your total credit usage (including lead search, SMTP validation, or AI drafts generation) must not exceed 50 credits/leads,
- No CSV/Excel downloads or Google Sheets exports must have been performed (0 exports).
2. Automatic Renewal Charge Refunds
Automatic renewals for recurring monthly or annual plans are non-refundable. However, if you forgot to cancel prior to renewal and were charged, you may request a refund under the following strict conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 3 calendar days of the renewal charge,
- There must be zero (0) credit usage on the account since the renewal occurred.
3. Lifetime Deal (LTD) Refund Policy
Launch Special Lifetime Deal purchases come with a 7-day conditional refund policy. To qualify for a refund, your total credit usage since purchase must be under 100 credits, and no CSV/Excel downloads or Google Sheets exports must have been performed.
4. Abuse and Account Termination
Accounts terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as spamming, scrapers abuse, credit reselling, or platform overload) are not eligible for any refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
Please submit your refund request in writing from your registered email address to info@moleseek.com along with your billing details. We review and process valid requests within 3 business days.
